It is the crazy challenge of imagining the accordion, this “piano with braces”, finding its place in all styles and all places that unites the six musicians of the “Pari des Bretelles”. The accordionist Félicien Brut captivates us with the sound of his instrument, he brings with him the Quatuor Hermès, one of the most interesting groups of the moment (strings) and the incomparable Edouard Macarez (double bass). From Jacques Brel to Astor Piazzolla, through Prokofiev or Gerswin, from popular music to learned music, the repertoire of this ensemble is full of surprises.
